my younger sister had the same problem with her back and the doctor recommended her to do this exercise. spread your legs and place the top of your head on the floor and then roll over. ask your doc about it before trying it. but it did help her posture. i can still see her flipping over all day long lol.

I cannot imagine why someone would really think you are prego, at 14. Alot of the babydoll style shirts or empire waist dresses will give the illusion of a full tummy. I have an hourglass figure and could never pull off wearing this style, it plainly makes me look fat, and I am not. I say, if you are not hourglass, then just wear the outfit and be confident.

ok things that are cute this year are like,
-some button-up shirts that you can leave unbuttoned a little and wear a really cute cami under it. you can pair that with some jeans and cute flip flops.
-also, you can wear spaghetti strap shirts with a tank top underneath it to add color. You can wear this with jeans, or looser fitting pants with more flip flops!
-Oh, long shirts that are striped horizontally are "in" too. But it isnt the best thing to wear if your a bit on the chubby side. Since horizontal lines aren't exactly slimming, (but are cute) wear a tighter pear of jeans with almost any choice of shoes. (not hiking boots or anything scary like that, though!)

Yeah so i hope these can help you! ; )

ok you need posture work
heres a good trick
to get your back straight take your sholders back and down
by pulling your sholder baldes together
then pull you spine in not out

it will take some work and it might hurt but it helps
and another thing i do stand back on a wall
the walk away from the way but leave your head and sholders on the wall

and somethings that are cute
try some skinny jeans with flats and a flowy top with oversized sunglasses and a big bag
always cute
or a tunic top with leggings and flats or cute light sandels

if you need anything messge me
i can help you out

for one thing don't wear the dress anymore. it makes u look pregnant, its green, and its a dress. ok it could be cute those are just my personal biases (=

whats in? for one thing go to http://www.seventeen.com/fashion or http://www.seventeen.com/funstuff/games/spc/0,,625891_698810,00.html to find a good style for you.

mostly just go to the store with friends, pick what you like, what looks good on you, and what fits! have fun!

(thats what fashion's about why should someone else tell you what looks good on you when they don't even know you?)

what was the question?

don't care about what people think or maybe wear a cute jacket over the dress.
