No, not for a shopping list, but let's say the government gets us fired up about someone whom they dislike and want to bring him/her down.

no. if you keep expanding amber alerts, people will start ignoring them. best to leave them only for abducted children.

No! Amber Alerts should only be used for child abductions. Otherwise it will just be a thing that everyone sees and ignores.
