Why does the government give away money to loser who don't work?

I need money quick and can't find a good job and they told me they can't help because of my last months wages.

The bigger question is why does the government give money away to the corporations. I'd rather our government get somebody a helping to get back on their feet. Instead they give the money to the corporations so they can out source our jobs, dump our pensions and incorporate their company offshore so they don't have to pay taxes.

You really shouldn't be looking to the Gov. for a hand out anyway. Look to friends, family, community, a bank maybe, a church, City then County then State Gov. There are many other options you should exhaust before you turn to the Fed Gov for assistance. They are a last resort at the top of command. There is a hierarchy to the system. It doesn't work right if you try to bypass all that.

You must not be legal or else you could draw unemployment benefits. If you are illegal, then you have no right to complain because the government here (not yours, by the way) refuses to help you. It's a hard world and we have plenty of our own welfare recipients to 'help out' without the additional burden of those who have no citizenship right to claim it.

If, on the other hand, you are a citizen, then hie on down to the local unemployment office and enroll for unemployment before your funds run out. And you can always see if the Catholic Church will toss you a handout in the interim.

Life is hard.

You have touched the sore spot in America - If you like how you have been treated - vote Democratic again in 08' - the love giving money to those who choose not to work.
