do they really work and help you from snoring and do they leave you a big mark in the morning when you take it off ? like a mark that is ths shape of the strips?

Hi, They work wonderful!! My husband has been using them for the past 3 months and it has made a big difference. We are both getting sleep! They leave no mark on your nose at all. They are well worth the money. Have a great night's sleep.

My mother swears by them. It shouldn't be a mark in the shape of the strip, as the strip is only held by adhesive on the ends. I've used them and had no marks. They are pretty good especially if you have allergies or a cold.

lemme guess...duct tape.
I wouldn't know but it doesn't sound healthy it sounds like it could cause you to suffocate at night...be careful! consult your doctor.
