Not as many as under Hussain.
I don't know how many were predicted to die in the conflicts that were expected. I wonder how many of the Iraqi (and other) VIP's are covertly glad to have been invaded - I mean, they could never back down and they were going nowhere. Some will get much better salaries when it becomes a democracy.

Western allegation against Saddam is that dozens were executed after "faulty" trial. West itself estimates over 100,000 killed after war.
