"Transylvania Twist" is humourous, though it may be difficult to find. It was released in 1990, and I'm not sure it can be found on DVD (though anything is possible).
"Vampire's Kiss" has it's moments. It stars Nicolas Cage, and is about a man who believes he was bitten by a vampire. (1989) The ending is... strange.
"Once Bitten" stars Jim Carrey, and is considered to be one of the best vampire comedies known.
"Love at First Bite" is a classic.
And of course "Vampire in Brooklyn" which features Eddie Murphy, and is directed by none other than Wes Craven.

Dracula, the Musical
Nope, they have not made a film version yet, but if you look around it will probably be on stage at a community theater around you. Worth taking the time to see. It is funny. "Maine?! Never been there..." (See the show, you'll get it)
