How do you turn a mp3 file into a podcast?Can this been done free with code or do I need software? Not Sure?

i have a radio show and I would like to make my show accecible to people with IPODS but I am not sure how this is done?

A podcast is just an mp3 file which is available for download from a website. It needs to have it's own URL address like http://www.digitalpodcast.com/podcasts/dp6-2006-07-03.mp3

Once you have it up on the web you need to list it in a file called an RSS file and make that RSS file available to people to use to subscribe to your podcast. More on RSS here
