i watched it alone and i... i... actually cried!! must have been the music. touching.
yes, i know, sounds childish.

OMG it was long but I LOVE this movie of course i knew i would be because i love the show Smallville, but i love this movie so much. The guy who plays superman really looks like Tom Welling & Christopher Reeve!

Honestly, the only things I liked about this film were that there was a Boxer in it (I love my boxers!), the kid was super cute, and the dude who played Lois Layne's love interest is a hottie (He looks like my husband, aren't I a lucky girl?!?)
Aside from that-blah. Kevin Spacey was disappointing, the girl playing Lois Layne looked like a concentration camp survivor-emaciated beyond belief. The dude playing superman/Clark Kent was kind of wimpy and rigid in all the wrong ways.
But the popcorn was good.

I was about 50/50 on it. The effects were good but the story was pretty weak the entire length of the movie. Which is saying something since it was almost 3 hours long.
