Attache a piece of elastic to the front and then to the back of the shirt. Sew one side to the front on one side of the shirt and through to the center bottom back. Use two pieces of elastic. either on the front or the back sew a couple of very small snaps, One side is attached permanently the other is snaped. The elastic will go through the crotch, snaps are incase you need to go to the Lue. This will keep the bottom of the shirt from rolling any where.

fold the shirt inwards and go over it with an iron. That way it will want to roll in, not up, and it will lay flat because your stomache will keep it from going in.
