No. When I first had anal sex the next day when i used to bathroom i was bleeding back there a little like when you're just about to get off your period(light pink color)

No you don't have to. If you have to crap then the whole thing is uncomfortable. Your system should be cleaned out before going there. Just like sex there will be a mess to clean when your done. The key to anal sex is to relax.
