took it in today. still has pop ups every 3 seconds!!it even came in in japanese after i turned it on for the first time!! what is this all about. i had 0 pop ups before i downloaded the voice mail. i am told 100 othe things downloaded at the same time.

Download a program to get rid of the pop ups. Use a different program for you voice mail message.
