Did she do something illegal?
Having a baby at 20 isn't illegal.
Not being married isn't illegal.
Living in Oregon isn't illegal.
If she didn't do something illegal, then no, she won't go to jail.

Why would she go to Jail? You don't have to be married to have a baby or be a certain age. I live in Oregon, I'm 25 have a baby, I'm not married and I haven't been to jail. That's crazy, we live in a free country! it's not illegal! Where did you hear that from? It's just silly.

I don't get it. So the answer to your question would be NO she will not go to jail for having a baby.

Did she commit a crime? No. And before anybody goes to jail, they have to be arrested for a crime and found guilty by a jury. So, no. Having a baby out of wedlock at 20 in Oregon is not a crime.

What are you talking about? She could go to jail if the father was say a 14 year old boy & DNA proves it. Other than that I don't understand why unless she's a criminal or the baby's addicted to heroin or crack.

No, why would she go to jail? It isnt illegal to have a baby in any state.. plus she isnt a minor.. you dont have to be married to have a baby either... millions and millions of people younger than her do it everyday... she isnt going to jail... relax

From a moral standpoint some may think she is in the wrong but from a legal standpoint she isn't.
Don't worry, she's not going to be incarcerated!

she wont go to jail for that! but if she stole something or did something against the law she will.not being married and having a kid is not illegal
