I'm 11 weeks pregnant and when I wake up usually both of my arms are asleep and today both my arms and my one leg were asleep. Is it normal to have circulation problems this early? This is my second baby and well, this pregnancy is nothing like my first so I'm not sure what to expect when now. Thanks in advance.

Oh boy do I remember that....same thing happened with my second baby.....unfortunatly, it doesn't get any better and will probably get worse as the baby gets bigger. I found the best thing for me was sleeping with a body pillow on my left side with my left leg straight out and my left arm under the pillow. My right arm went above the pillow and I would prop my right leg as well. It helped keep my whole body open for circulation.
Unfortunately, by 8 months though this didn't even help and I forked out $350 for a lazy boy recliner and slept on that for the remainder of my pregnancy.
Congrats on the extension of your family

Try sleeping on your left side. This may help your circulation.
