What do you think of Revol wireless?

Question

My friend has a phone from there and there is no contract to sign and you have to buy your own phone. Alot of times, she do not have a signal and she can't call out or receive incoming calls. She does not want a phone where you have to sign a contract because she does not want high bills to pay. I am trying to tell her thats her best option, but she is very stubborn about it. Can you guys help me?

Verizon in the USA now has a pay as you go plan ... however, I think that all cell phones are evil < giggle >
