My wife commented the othernight when I cooked a very nice dinner for her and I and then cleaned the kitchen that it turned her on. I told her that this wouldn't get me to do the cooking and cleaning all the time and she laughed and said it wasn't a hint, it was a true turn on to see a man take that initiative.

So ladies... is it hot or not for you?

Yes it is surely hot for me. Plus it shows appreciate for all the things your wife does. I am just assuming but if you wife does the cooking and cleaning the majority of the time and you decide to participate - it shows appreciate and how romantic you are which is surely a turn on.

yeah my husand (before he was locked up) was always cook for us. I cant really cook. But he's great and he enjoys it. I would want to do it sometimes and he normally wouldnt let me. Now cleaning that's another story. His aparment was such a mess. NOw granted there were stupid roommates that didn't help any so ended up cleaning for all 6 of us he would usually help. As for a a turn on... no not really i guess. Maybe I was just spoiled and used to it. But it is really nice. I look forward to him getting out so i can have good food again.

You and I are rare breeds it seems. I cook 98% of the food my family eats. My wife cooks 1% of the remainder and the other 1% is takeout. And she's a stay at home mom. However it's been my experience that cooking neither made her "hot" nor did it incur any praise or appreciation from her.

It is great to have a guy cook once in awhile and do the clean up. I also like cooking together in the kitchen. It shows respect and understanding what it takes to do it. Keep it up.

Yes it is. I feel on top of the world when my husband gives me a treat by asking me to put my feet up, while he cooks, serves me then cleans up afterwards. any man would get 12 out of 10 for that! A great way too to make up!

Yes it is! Men don't always cook so to see them go through all the trouble and clean too is a real turn on.

It is a turn on for me. I think it's hot. It's a sweet gesture. Women like to be pampered. We do like men to take the initiative to do something out of the blue for us. It is kind of like getting flowers for no reason and a card that says just because I love you.
