I'm so frustrated, b/c the Fair has *pink* undertones, and the Fairly Light is too dark and way too yellow for my skin!

I'm thinking of something called "Porcelain" maybe, with yellow (not pink, like the "Fair"!) undertones. I'm thinking of writing the CEO Leslie Blodgett and/or starting a petition of interested people...

Nah, there are so many shades out there and America's obsessed with tan skin so I doubt really fair tones will sell

You have such a great idea. I have heard others mention the same problem with the yellow undertones in general not being available ( or possibly that the small selection of shades was an issue). I don't use Bare Esc. products, but a family member does.

I think porcelain or light porcelain beige (like the old Cover Girl or Almay shade) would be right.

Go for it.

No, I wouldn't wear it because I have a caramel complection. But I think it is great that you think that there needs to be more color options for lighter complected people. My sister has a fair milky complection and soon will face the same problem. I don't understand why the light color has a pink tint in it. I know exactly what you mean, my friend has the same problem.

One or 2 colors lighter is superb, yet you may want to be sure you mix ok and some thing else of your body is in tact too. in case your face is light and your neck is tan ... that could seem quite unusual. i'd only mix some liquid highlighter with my starting place/tinted moisturizer so i'm getting extra of a dewy glow instead of only boring starting place. you could also dirt some highlighting powder (MAC MSF's are truly good for that) so as that your face seems brighter. for my section, i imagine in case you brighten your eyes and placed some blush one, your face is many times brightened sufficient.

No, i wouldn't wear it because I'm darker than fair, and don't think to yourself "if your not lighter than fair why answer the question?" well for one thing i can answer
any question i want and secondly just because your Albino doesn't make everyone else as white as eggshells. Don't be so selfish. >:(

Yeah I'm really fair skined too but I wouldn't want bare essentials anyways. Get some M.A.C. or Besame.

No. Because I don't fancy Bare Escentuals in the first place.
