Yes there is a thing PMT unfortunately. Some remedies work for some but not all for everyone.
Primrose oil is a favourite, doctors a other way and Chinese remedies work for some. Its trial and era, for the few nothing works unfortunately.
Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Meditation or support groups for women have loads of info and can help immensely.
TLC works best, a little time out and a rest. Hope this is of some help. It really is miserable having this problem. Good Luck

There is. A Dr. Dalton used to specialiise in this in Harley Street.
I raised this with a Judge actually the now head of the Family dIivision a lady by the name of Butler-sloss and she said it was all imagination.
Dr. Dalton asked me to log everything in regard to my daughter then aged 14years and the evidence was very clear indeed. The Judge refused to admit the possibility of PMT in a custody battle and two weeks later my daughter had a broken arm. the Judgel ooked very stupid in my eyes at least and now I hear with the Fathers for Justice Campaign. Judges do not know everything.

PMT can actually be cited as a reason for murder- it is very real and very annoying. Trust me if i could choose i would rather not have it but i do get it and when i do steer clear!
