Hey Nikki, obviously someone cares, read the other responses.
And Rachaelnumber girl, dyslexic people don't write "u" instead of "you"... I should know, my boss is dyslexic, and he's an attorney! So maybe before you try to sound smart, you should actually think about it for a second first. Thanks.

I asked that same question and all I got was stupid answers. I don't think that it is that hard to use the "Check Spelling" icon. Good Lord, you still don't have to spell. You just have to get close to the word and let the computer do the rest. I guess that people on this site are showing what kind of value we are getting from our tax dollars spent on education!

It appears it is 'in vogue' with the kids to intentionally spell things wrong. This is a stigma that supposedly identifies one as being 'cool' in today's my space generation. If you consistently spell things right, you are a nerd or 'out-of-touch'.

If you look at it from a different view, you will find that simplicity and abbreviation is the answer to your question.
I do agree with you, no one wants to spend 3 seconds to check spelling or even to revise his answer (at least to look sane).

I think there are a lot of ESL (English as a second language) users. You see a lot of questions like, "To help me for why I got pregnant at young teen-age is yes?"

whenever i spell wrong, its either because im typing too fast, or i just dontknow how to spell it. I like using u instead of u, its faster, and people know what im talking about
