yep, i've had one for 3 years now, put it through ALOT of use, but now it's starting to fall apart a bit (shuts down, sound detiorates). also, not compatible with yahoo subscription music, which i think sucks.

good for what it is but its shape makes it odd to put in places and ever once in a while there will be one that the battery goes out quick
