My daughter has an infestation of mill worms in her kitchen. They are everywhere, not just in sacks of food.?

They are in the craziest places, inside sealed packaged granloa bars, little holes in the cabnets used for shelf ajustments. This stuff is not old. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them, and cleaners would greatly be appreaciated
