did you mean the new revived doctor who series or the new doctor (David Tenant who replaced Christopher Eccleston)?

i thought that Christopher Eccleston did a much better job in portraying the doctor than the pintsized (at least he seems to be) David Tenant.
worst doctors for me was either Paul McGann or Sylvester McCoy

the new series is quite good, although i loved the Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker era.

I preferred Christopher Eccleston as he had this very serious thing about him but could also be very funny.

David Tennant is extremely funny (looks a lot like Richard Hammond don't you think off Top Gear) and when his face gets serious is looks more frightening than serious.

I must admit though that i don't really have a favourite but I think the BBC need to do something about their cast leaving.

The biggest two characters have now left - Rose (Billy Piper) and the first Doctor (Christopher Eccleston).

If David Tennant leaves I will not watch it anymore as it will just get ridiculous.

I think Christopher Eccelston does a great job. He's funny and comedic, without being annoying. I've really gotten into the new episodes and I wish he was going to be continuing into the next season. I'm not sure about the new guy, David Tennant. We'll see...

Yes Doctors 9 and 10 are infinitely better than the hams and nobodies who played him years ago.

The only thing I make any effort to watch. Truth is it was rubbish before - very entertaining rubbish but those sets, those monsters! Giving it real writers and good actors has made it into a major event (in my world)

I really liked Christopher Eccleston and when he decided to leave I didn't think anyone could replace him but I think David Tennant has been brilliant. The finale to this series was amazing!!!
