They are in the same market. One is owned by ABC and the other by Clear Channel. I work at the ABC one but a job opened up at the other and I was wondering if it was legal to do both since they are competitors.

Legal yes, against company policy yes, grounds for termination at both places yes

Check with your contract. There should be something in there. Generally, while it's not ilegal, it's frowned apon and many companies will fire you for conflict of intrest issues.

depends on the job if tthere is a conflict of interest maybe but i doubt it so good luck

Yes, there is no law aganst it but, your contract may forbid it and even if it does not your boss may not be happy with you if he/she finds out.
