Have you had xrays? Sounds like something could be pressing against the vagal (not vaginal) nerve, which could cause dizziness and lightheadedness. You should see an internist.

Well here are three things that I think it could be:
1. really bad constapation, eat some fruit, and it will all come out. raisins work best.
2. Change your diet, maybe it is the foods you have been eating, get some exercise, do some yoga to stretch the abdomen.
3. Maybe you have one of those ulcer things from doing too many situps or mabe kidney stones or something.
I would suggest just going on a walk maybe. Or maybe a food allergy, that happens to me when i eat peanut butter

Try getting a Pap. Sometimes with cervical problems you can have that, and is usually easily fixed.

Does this issue seem to be a digestive matter or are you thinking it is related to your uterus?

What, if any, tests did the drs run?

it could be a number of things. if you are having trouble breathing then it could be your gallbladder, or if not, then it could be that your ovaries have cysts on them. see if you can get your dr. to do an ultrasound on your ovaries, and your gallbladder.
