So it means that antarctica is getting warmer. My question is that is there any other place on earth which is getting colder, i mean turning into something like antarctica?

The trees in question would have to be planted, and the ground there is no soil to speak of, but Volcanic islands emerge from the ocean and in a few years, tropical trees grow there, so yes.

Antarctic trees would likely be pines trees of some sort as these don't require huge amounts of soil either.

The biggest problem is there is not much rain there, but the weather patterns would probably change enough for that.

I am sure someone will squat there in the coming decades.

No, it is only getting warmer, and yes, trees will one day be able to grow on Antarctica.

This jogs my memory of a video I appropriate the day in the previous at present wherein Harvard grads interior the 1880s thought the seasons have been the end results of the gap of the Earth to the sunlight. I see no longer lots has replaced. How disappointing.

not in a hundred years. its more like around a thousand, if global warming keeps continuing. no there isnt any place getting colder.

By the time its warm enough for there to be trees on Antartica, antartic will be completely covered by water....trees cant exist under water brain-iac
