you should say you are stupid and immature and you don't deserve him. And then you should walk away and leave him alone because you are mean and don't deserve a boyfriend.

Why did you post this in Entertainment & Music/Celebrities?
Anyway, start off by apologizing but realize he may not desire to go back down that path with you, after what you did. Learn from this experience, whether y'all get back together or not. Don't make hasty decisions, especially when people's feelings/emotions are at stake...treat others as you'd want to be treated...
Remember, relationships shouldn't be disposable like so much in our fast-food world of today is...appreciate what you have, work on problems if there are any, and don't discard things on a whim, assuming you can get 'em back (or something of equal or better value) easily...it doesn't always work that way...
Good luck!

That exact thing happened to me. I dumped my boyfriend for no reason at all. Then as the weeks went on i wanted him back. So what i did was go to him told him i was afraid and shy, and just didn't know what to do and told him i loved him. I also told him he should take his time and that if he really loves he would take me back. And the next day he came crawling to me that he loves me and we've been happy since.

You need to move on and leave him alone. There is definitely a reason for why you left him. You saw it then because you left him but don't see it now because you're lonely.
Be friends with him. FWB(friends with benefits) if you need it. BUT don't set him up for another disappointment. It'll make him hate you when it all happens again. Don't use him. Karam will bite you in the @$$ and rip off a cheek.

Tell him in person you made a huge mistake and try to get him to go on a nice relaxing date, like movie night at someone's house, or taking a walk in a park or something. Talk out what you were thinking and call it all your fault.

The same thing happened to me. If he really likes you, he will try to get you back. If he doesn't ask you out than be brave. Go up to him, say that you're sorry and tell him you want him back. If he likes you he will say yes. But if he's over you he will say no.

if you dumped him for no reason, it makes you seem arbitrary and capricious. not exactly the sort of (lack of) stability that one wants in a significant other. that's going to make things a little more difficult.
you're probably going to need to do the slightest bit of groveling - especially if he was really hurt or really angry - and hope for the best.

Oh Please, You don"t dump someone for no reason, so anything you say will sound desperate. Move on, there are alot of fish in the sea.
