Everytime my friend shuts down her computer it restarts. She puts shutdown and it restarts. any solutions thanks in advanced.

If a virus scan doesn't do the trick, it's going to require reinstalling the operating system. If it doesn't have a virus, you should be able to just do a repair install, though.

Control Panel>Power Options> Advanced> Now select Shut Down on the When i press power button of my computer.

If you don't have antivirus download the free AVG from www.filehippo.com
