Would it be so bad to just try complete socialism in the USA?

The trains ran on time in Germany! The United States of America were built on Capitalism, building and selling a better, newer mouse trap. The dreams of a poor son of a farmer being a rich employer are what has made this country great.

Socialism reduces your labor to an equal split with everyone else. I work half as hard, but have the same as you. Review your history and see what Socialism has done. Welfare, Social Security and a host of other programs are nothing more than a Socialist plan. You earn and give to others.

Listen, you work 80 hours a week, earn a lot, give me half and we're equal, OK? Hold it, that's what taxes do!!!

For every $1 dollar I actually earn, OUR government gets $0.55 to dole out to "programs" I didn't approve. THAT'S the middle class. Then you ask the rich to put in more? They do and have less to pay for your salary and close the doors and move manufacturing overseas. Then you ***** the jobs went away.

This country (in my opinion) is a great nation becasue we offer the opportunity to rise above the meger existence life and become independent. WE, the USA are greater givers to humanity than any other nation in history and you wish to ask us to become "socialist"?

Listen, I will send you my address, you earn your but off, send me the balance of what "I" don't earn. THIS is an excercise in Socialism. OK?

Better idea: Get rid of the Federal Reserve, a privately-owned financial institution that we have no legal right to know the owners of, who control our money, credit...lives and government. During eras where our CONGRESS created/managed this country's finances, we had NO national deficit, and Americans flourished financially.

Restore our Constitution to pre-Bush changes, and re-create a true Democracy. Lobbyists should be illegal, and true equality between the 3 branches of government restored. Capitalism serves only one group: large corporation owners. THEY are not "the people" of the United States...WE are.

We have lost control. WAKE UP, AMERICA!

Well, in just the past century, "Socialism" destroyed the economies of several dozens of nations, started several murderous wars, enslaved oh, about 2 billion people for various periods, oh, and was directly resposible for the brutal and violent deaths of about 150,000,000 of our Earth's people.

Can't we just say "enough is enough, " and let the murderous dogma of "Socialism" just rot in the garbage can of history where it belongs?

Oh, better idea! Instead of just waiting for the socialists to take over again and start the torturing, murdering, death camps, gulags, Red Guard, etc., why don't we take some pre-emptive action and just kill all the bloody socialists!
