8 yrs oldr than me, divorced, has a son(stay wid his mother)... dont know this is right or wrong, as im sure my family wont agree for this relationship to go any further..but find him perfect for me.. cant even think of spending rest of my life without him..
What should i do...??

I don't see anything wrong with that. Now days it's hard to find a good man that has never been married and has no kids. If he is a good person, a hard worker, and he treats you right you shouldn't care what people think. My husband is divorced and 10 years older than me, at first my parents were worried but after they got to know him the LOVE him. He is a great husband!

Go with what your heart tells you, your family will learn to deal with it.
It's your life and you need to do what you feel is right. Love is hard to find now a days, so dont let it go if you want it.
