you screen them carefully before you get involved with them. Some men will like you for your inside, but if you are pretty, you will have a lot of dogs chasing you and they won't care what is on the inside...you have to care about that and wait for the one who loves you for you and would love you even if you gained 50 pounds.

+ go out with guys, but don't do anything physical, so they spend time with you and see what you're like inside
+ spend more time doing things like writing, art, music, or whatever you enjoy - nurture the side of you that is deeper than face value - and you also might meet someone with similar interests
+ try relationships with females, who may be less obsessed with the "Barbie" image
+ remember that your body is *not* all you have to offer, that there is plenty more to you, and don't give up when the world tries to knock you down for being better and stronger than it wants you to be

If your dating a guy who's more concerned with looks than personality, you should look further.Dont waste your time on shallow people like that,you CAN and you will do better.
