When i connect my wireless controller to my 360 it says (on the controller) that its player one. But on the Console the player two part of the ring of light is lit up not the player one part. (there are no other controllers connected) Why does this happen and how can I fix it? ive tried multiple things, turning it on and off, turning the console on with the controller/manually, ect ect...

Call their tech support, there may be some programming issues with the controller... Does it do the same thing on another xb360?
If yes, then you may have a defective controller
If no, then you may need to reestablish the connection with your console.

You must have changed the batteries right? Well then you have a defective controller and should call tech support. Or buy a new cord controller, which is recommended. They come for around $30. But you should call tech support first.

Is your 360 set up vertically or horizontally?. You could just be reading it wrong. Also, the section of the circle on the system for first player changes depending on whether the system is horizontal or vertical. For example, If your system is horizontal the top left section will be lit up but if its vertical the top left section will be lit up. Get it? The section for second player when its vertical wil be the section for first player when its horizontal. I guess it has some kind of motion senser.
