Whatever other people tell you, of course! You simply can't trust your own judgement in this matter! But if you ask anyone else you can be pretty sure they are right!

Seriously, if this is a philosophical question, there is no correct answer ultimately -- it all depends on your experience as well as your personal sense of scale. I could say this is far or that is high, and the person next to me can say "no it's not". They may be right, but it all depends on context.

If this isn't a philosophical question and you're seeking to find out if there is an established criteria for far and high -- well you should perhaps educate yourself starting with looking up these words in a dictionary -- there is no criteria written in stone.

You seem to be under the false impression (like most people) that there is such things as up and down. There isn't really in the greater scheme of things. We are either closer to or farther away from the ground. So high is only a relative term. Same with far.

Baby. Lemme say it this way. You really wanna know. I'll tell ya the best way I know.
Here's where you can begin to understand how far, FAR is, by understanding what HORIZON is. In this article they will tell you about the FORMAULA to figure out HOW FAR YOUR horizon is. You will see, the higher you go, the further you can see, a horizon, for you.
Horizon in a Space Shuttle is almost INFINITE for instance, where your horizon, for MOST people on Earth is 10 miles. That's how far the average person can see.
