were going to the philippines on the 26 of july its an emergency and i dont have much time, i was thinking of flying to san francisco but dont know where to go, will it be under redwood county or san mateo county or san francisco #101 grove --department ofpublic health and record?? pls help, i tried to get it on line but it will take a while.

Im not sure about California but here in Alabama it dosent matter where you were born in the state you can go to any local health department fill out a form pay 12.00 and they will pull it up for you print it and put he seal on it.
I suggest calling you local health department and ask.

I would think that you go to the county court house that your son was born in. It may cost but you should be able it there!

try the county he was born in thats what my mother did for mine / i was born in n.y and now live in mich but it took awhile like 6 weeks but i now got it
