No problem at all. I am what in the US they call white Caucasian (I wonder why Caucasian) and my bf is Latino/Hispanic. My family and his family get along well with each other. We actually are like an only, big family.
If he was African American, or Asian, or any other race, I'm pretty sure it would be the same.

No, they would never let me even go out with a guy from another race. But then again it's my choice and I don't mind marrying out of my race.

yes my parents probably would. two of my much older cousins married white people and the whole family (aunts, uncles, grandparents, everyone) made a big stink about it. but now that it's over and done with, my family has gotten used to the idea, making it easier for us younger family members to date and marry non-indians.

but i don't want to get married so it's a moot point anyway.

Yes why not Besides I think They Would be Happy To get Ride Of Me all together. But all Serious it Shouldn't matter what race someone is as long as you both LOVE EACH OTHER THAT IS ALL THAT MATTER

Neither of my parents would allow it. They have these 'ideas' that I am to marry the same as I am. Personally, everyone is the same to me so it really wouldn't matter to me. But, to them yeah, they probably wouldn't like it all that much.

you should never let your parents tell you who to marry... if you love that person, it doesn't matter what they think. my mother was not at my wedding because i married a woman who was not my race, and i don't speak to her anymore. she could not accept us, but that would not stop me, nor should it stop you. you have to live YOUR life, your parents should understand you need to do what makes you happy! and they should support that, unfortunately this is not always the case. just live your life, you can't control what others think, especially your parents

Sadly enough my parents only want to continue an African American line. Meaning if I married out of my race then they would want my sister to marry within. Or if we both did then one of their grandkids would have to marry African American...

My Grandmother, bless her heart, told me if I wanted a man that would treat me good to marry a black man. This is truth. I was not raised as a racist, that all was created by God. She was strict but her views taught me a lot.
