i am muslim but i agree with u, i could care less about that part of the world. what we need to do is get the f*&^ out of there and mind our own business. we need to do what is in our best interest, not others..thanks...sorry if you didn't want a muslim to answer this question, but i am a good one...

So ... Jewish Americans and Muslim Americans aren't "regular" Americans? If I were to ask your question I'd want the opinions of ALL Americans. And it sounds like you are equating all Muslims with terrorists. That's not the case. Most Muslims are peaceful people. The Muslims who are terrorists are just the loud, violent ones who get all the attention.
As to your question ... I support Israel in the fight against Hezbollah! I pray that God will give them the victory they deserve!

I'm more sympathetic toward Israel because I feel She has a right to defend herself. Lebanon on the other hand, virtually ask for the problems by allowing Hezbollah to enter their country for the purpose of attacking Israel. Be that as it may; I hope to God that America stays out of the mess. Our plate is already full with Iraq and accourse finding Waldo; I mean Bin Laden.

Obviously Israel. Israel is a democratic state, regardless of their warlike mentality, they still elect their leadership. Notice how Jordan, doesn't get involved in these conflicts. That's due to Jordans willingness to educate it's people, most of the other middle-eastern nations besides these two feel that education is heresy, so the ruling class maintains power and the people remain ignorant and will swallow just about anything their religious/leadershp throws at them.

I think they are both wrong (Israel and Hezbollah, Lebanon is a victim right now). Something needs to happen to both of them before true peace can even be thought about over there.

I believe that peace between all groups involved would be best for the US, because right now we are indebted to Israel if they want our help, so we would have to fight. Peace is optimal
