Nop, it´s part of evolution.
Otherwise there would be too many people in the world.
If you see after a big war, people start gaining conciousness (some), like for example after the jewish holocaust, and so the human race can become more iluminated, but war are never gonna stop. You could have a terrible war right now against your next door neighbor, but don´t agree with Irak.
It is part of this universe life.

not by any of todays standards ... but wait until the people of earth find out, proof-positive, that we are on the bottom end of the food chain in the universe.
