I am seriously thinking of getting one but there is still a little doubt, and where would I get it? Also full body or just his head?

I'm going to be 20 yrs. old tomorrow, and the Simpsons have always been a huge part of my life. I honestly don't think I could have made it this far without them.

homer is cool and all, and i myself would get the full body. think it would look better.
does the simpsons mean alot to you, when i get a tattoo i make sure it has meaning to me. but if simpsons are your passion then do.
just make sure you find a good tattoo artist, they may look easy but the simpson characters are quite tricky to draw.

No dude!! Tattoos last FOREVER! and your body is constantly chaning. That once well placed Homer tattoo will look like a blob of yellow and dark blue after some time (and some weight gain - - it happens to most everyone when they get old). Do you really want to explain to your grandchildren what your tattoo is supposed to be???
**If you think I'll get it removed later, that is much more painful and time consuming than getting it put on in the first place!**

NO! When you 'grow up' you will regret it- buy a bunch of temporary ones- I am sure they have the simpsons out there- it is a lot easier than regretting a silly juvenile notion and not being able to do anything about it.
I mean come on, think about it- you are 40 years old, trying to get people to take you seriously and you have homer simpsons mug staring out at them from wherever! Listen to the voices of wisdom that have answered already and DONT DO IT!!!

Do you seriously want to be some 80 yr old man with a homer simpson tattoo?? That'd definately be one you'd regret.. chose something that has significant meaning to you.. not a cartoon character.

no. homer simpson is cool but do you really want some fat guy on your arm when your 50. the simpsons is going down hill don't get a tattoo of him.

thats so dumb. dont get a tatoo of somthing you will regret when you are like 50 or older. get something cool than your grandkids will look at and say, "grandpa is a badass. always has been, always will be." a homer simpson tatoo is the complete opposite of that.

Why would you? The only tattoos that make sense to me are the ones that represent something that you have achieved. Like a dragon to show that you have mastered some martial art. If you have achieved becoming lazy, dumb and always drunk then go ahead.

just think of what it will lokk like when your 70 - and if you can live with it that long!!
is it a fad or do you really want one?
why dont you get a temporary one done / henna etc.. and see if you like it first
tattoos are permanant - even the ones that are only supposed to last 5 yrs
