don't burn any bridges. Go to both interviews. Take both is you get them. Ask for a few dollors more then. Then say "Thank you very much but I got a better postion that pays more and is more what I was looking for". It will probably feel good to say that. You might ave to take that second best job at some point. Don't be rude. They try to find the best person for the job, you try to find the best job for yourself, that's the game.

Tell them that you are really interested in the other job, and ask why you were not offered that job, then ask them what you have to do to get the other job. Just be honest.

Be honest , let them know what position you did want and sometimes if they liked you a lot then they will accomidate you and give you the position you wanted .
