Hi Dave, if you only have one subnet and want to do this quick and dirty right now, you can simply script it in a command prompt:
"FOR /L %X IN (1,1,254) DO PING 192.168.1.%X -n 1"
and give it a few minutes to complete.
Substitute the 192.168.1 with whatever your own subnet is.
There are many programs out there that will help you, like wsping pro for example, some are free, some are not. Just try Googling for "free network monitoring tools".

I use a program called Omniping Pro to find which machines are using what IP address. If you don't have that info in a speadsheet or file I highly recommend using this app to help document your IP addresses.
