Assuming you mean African, not Africian...
About 1% or less of their DNA, which determines physical appearance, pretty much regardless of the ethnicity of either person. Location. Possibly language. And they probably have different favorite movies.

The way the majority choose to live their lives. The God the majority chose to believe in. Their contribution the majority makes to the planet and the human race.
Their degradation to the human race allowed or committed by the majority.

An African is obviously inferior. I mean, they're BLACK, aren't they? And I'm pretty sure that Jesus said in Ecclesiastes that all black people are inhabited by Satan and must be purged from the Earth.
