No matter where a 15 year old girl lives, she is going to want to do something with her friends or go shopping. If shopping proves to be too costly, it might be fun to surprise her with an old fashioned sleep over. Ask two or three of her friends to help. Fun activities to include would be :
1. Make over time: let the guests be the make up and hair stylists for the birthday girl. Buy cheap cosmetics and hair supplies or just round up the ones you already have. Make sure to have the guests really DOLL her up.
2. If your neighborhood is safe, scavenger hunts are always fun. Create a list of obscure items and send the kids out in two teams to ask neighbors to contribute. Send a trusty adult with each group.
3. Take them to a drive in movie..or a regular style theatre.
4. Rent several movies and pop popcorn.

OR, you can do as my husband and I did, ask your daughter what she would like...a party or the cash that you'd have to spend on a party. My son wanted the cash!
