Neither this war is not Israel against Lebanon. It is Israel against a bunch of terrorist and Lebanon is caught in between because they can't get the terrorist out of Lebanon. A couple more weeks and there will be no more
Hezbollah left and things will get better for Lebanon.

The war is Israel against Hezbollah -- not Lebanon.

There is no winner in a war with all these people are getting killed but in the end Israel will be the big loser after the world sees how if fights terror with terror. The world will not stand for this, and we the USA cannot back these evil people forever. The US must stand up to Israel if there is to be peace not only in the middle east but the world.

there'll be no winner. A better constructive question may be: who may help end the warfare between Israel and the Lebanon? in case you pick to get philosophical, you may say that in the international's historic previous there has been one, or better, wars happening someplace contained in the international. per chance warfare is a challenge of mankind and may under no circumstances be eliminated. the only way warfare will provide up is to wipe out mankind. This, with a wide nuclear bomb, is a distinct chance. help to be sure that this does no longer ensue by technique of asking questions like: "How can we help end the warfare between X----- and X------?" Fill in as perfect. Peace and Love, Simon2

if israel does invade lebanon i think it will end up a lot like the iraq war right now...it'll be easy for isreal to beat the lebanese army and "win" the war technically, but it's a lot harder to brainwash an entire nation into liking you and NOT resisting. especially since bombs are hezbollah's specialty.

Isreal of course. If they get to the point where they may lose, it would mean that all the jews in isreal (which is the entire population) will be wiped out. Also know as genocide, and the might US of A will step in cause that is just what we do. Besides, we will go to war with iran and syria sooner of later anyways.

Kyle,

There are no winners in a war -- everybody looses.

However, it seems to me, Israel played the wrong cards,
at the wrong time, and will not get the results they've been waiting for.
So, tactically speaking, Israel will loose, although history
has shown us that Israel never looses.

Therefore, there will be no winners.....

Sad, isn't it.

Once war breaks out it is no longer a matter of winning both sides have already lost.
