Definately, it's safer than alcohol and cigarettes, it has some health benefits, there would need to be strict laws governing the sale and use of, but yeah.

marijuana is GREAT... but it kills your motivation.. i think it should be made legal to sell and produce in 25 out of the 50 states and made legal to use in all 50 states.. that way it wont be so readily available.. but it would still be legal
