since you are not sexually active, its for sure not STD. your bleeding is it just spotting. if its that, it can be due to a lot of things such as stress. i used to experienced that to. spotting between periods and also skip a period. if this is happening too often and it really worries you, you should see a doctor to check it out.

There are several reasons why you are bleeding between periods that have nothing to do with STDs. It could be bleeding associated with ovulation, it could be endometriosis or it could be caused by an ovarian cyst.
The best thing is for you to make an appointment with a gynecologist for a check-up.

Could be endometriosis, definately go see a doctor, they may want to try you on a birth control pill for the break through bleeding before any type of laproscopy.

Hormones respond to weight, (too little, too much, fluctuations), exercise (especially too much exercise), and the baddie, stress! Try a month of healthy eating, getting level amounts of exercising, and 7-8 hours of sleep each night. If that does not help, you may need to see a gynecologist, just to make sure and to set your mind at ease.

It's called spotting and in small amounts it is completely normal. Being on birth control can cause it or help it.
