YES!!! I am a Residential Mortgage Specialist with American Home Mortgage and because of our classification as a R.E.I.T. (Real Estate Investment Trust) we are able to offer these types of loans to people.

I work for a mortgage company in AZ, and we do have a bank that can do that, but your iinteres rate is going to be high, really, really high, and they don't do 100% loans.

No i don't think any body does that , atleas not in my state( south carolina)
