You should watch "My Date With Drew" - A documentary film about some guy who wanted to try to get a date with Acress Drew Barrymore. Not only is the movie hilarious, there are actually a bunch of really good ideas in there for how to meet a famous person.
Having said all that, I'm not sure I recommend trying any of them, nor do I think your desire is particularly healthy. ;-)
