Are you serious, you really believe race plays a major role in the capability as a professional. If both doctors are able to pass the same exam then they can be counted as equally intelligent in all points that matter

I have had a female Indian doctor for about 5 years now. I would not think of changing. She is the greatest doctor I have ever had. She is very caring and very sharp in her diagnosis of my problems. I look forward to seeing her every year for my annual physical.

we have an indian doctor that said my brother was fine when he had a large lump on the side of his neck, it could have been serious, operations and ****. he got admitted to hospital that week and stayed there for 2 weeks very ill.
he was indian, but i wouldn't say that the reason he got it wrong, he could have been white and made the same mistake.

YES THEY ARE INTELLIGENT,
i have been treated by Indian Doctors, male and female, both were as intelligent as any other doctors, and just as devoted,
