Lucid dreams or lucid hallucinations?

Lucid dreams. If I step off a cliff in one, at least I won't hit the ground in reality.

I suppose that I would prefer lucid dreams as I feel that I can maintain a certain level of control over how they come about. Then again, I can't recall having hallucinations, lucid or not, so I doubt that I'm in a position to give an ideal answer.

Hallucinations would scare me. Lucid dreams can also scare me but they are gone when I wake up.
