I found the most beautiful home for $105K, and when I get a chance I'd move down there but I'm probably going to rent it out while I'm up here. It looks like a perfect first home for us. Can I get the mortgage here? How's the area, work wise down there?

THANKS!

Yes, most definitely, assuming your income and credit scores, etc all meet the guidelines of any given lender obtaining a mortgage to purchase would be easy enough. A Mortgage Planner such as my self could help arrange that.

I never in Charlotte specifically, I lived on the south coast down near Myrtle Beach etc, but of the 13 states I've lived in north Carolina is the best by far.

I don't know about the work environment, but if you go with a reputable national bank for your mortgage, you should be able to get it through MD. Try one of the big ones like Bank of America.

Okay...yes, you can, but no you cannot. This would depend on the lender. If the mortgage company you are using is licensed to lend in that state, then yes, it will be no problem.

Good luck
