You can't. Famke is a celebrity, you're not!
With celebrities having been stalked and, or, murdered by CRAZY fans, you can understand why they can't meet with the general public. It's too risky. Just enjoy Famke's work.
Write to Famke's talent agent or manager, and ask for an autographed photo. There are a lot of websites online with the addresses of agents and managers for celebrities.

I think she lives in Soho because I used to work in that area and I used to see her walking her dog in the area
