When you go to those fancy parties and they ask you to choose steak or fish. Why always steak or fish? What happened to the chicken, or burgers!? geesh!

If it was a really fancy party they would offer all three. Steak, fish or chicken. If it is at a banquet where there is a full restaurant and you just gotta have a burger they will most likely make accomodations for you.

They make more money from Steak then they would from a burger. That way if they call for donations you can tell them the steaks cost money for the next party.

Because steak and fish are more expensive, higher quality meals. Anyone can flavor up chicken and make it taste decent.
